A versatile forward who can play with his back to basket or face up. 5th Year senior Melvin Mayott is an explosive athlete who can fill up the stat sheet in a hurry.

Saturday October 15th 7:30OM the Gryphs take on perhaps the most talented team in Canada, the UBC Thunderbirds. A pre season favourite to capture Canada West and make a run at a National Championship. This squad features former player of the year Pasha Bains and Canada West All-Star's Chad Clifford and Casey Archibald.
