The Guelph Gryphons came out with a hard fought 3-1 win over Queens. The
game was a complete team effort. Guelph got solid goaltending from Aleisha
Lusk (Mitchell, ON) who stopped 28 shots for her seventh victory of the
season. Scoring for Guelph was Brittany Roberts (Markdale, ON), Sarah Woods
(Toronto, ON) and Nicole Latreille (Nepean, ON). The Latreille goal was
scored shorthanded, off of a good fore check by Arden Sullivan (London, ON)
who stole a loose puck from the Queens goaltender and fed a nice pass to
Latreille. In goal for Queens was Claire Hunt who stopped 17 shots.

Up next for the Gryphons is a road game at Western on January 20th. Game
time is 7:30 at Thompson Hall on the campus of Western. The next night
Guelph plays Windsor at home. Game time is 7:30pm at the Gryphon Centre.
